The manifester is able to link their mind to a computer (or a cybernetic machine) without using a physical connection of any kind. They may make Computer Use skill checks with mental commands by temporarily slaving the device to their will.
If the computer is connected to the Grid the manifester may project their astral identity into the Grid as a grid shadow.

You channel negative energy through your touch, fatiguing the target. You must succeed on a touch attack to strike a target.
The subject is immediately fatigued for the spell’s duration.
This ability has no effect on a creature that is already fatigued. Unlike with normal fatigue, the effect ends as soon as the ability’s duration expires.

The manifester instinctively determines his present location and is able to mentally plot a course to any distant location they have seen before. This can be accomplished on a planetary surface, in normal space, and even through drivespace, depending on how the character applies the ability.

This ability excites an object’s molecules causing it to glow, shedding bright light in a 20-foot radius (and dim light for an additional 20 feet) from the point you touch. The effect is immobile, but it can be cast on a movable object.
